How to use lavendar oil for natural acne treatment
1. Lavender oil as an acne spot treatment
Lavender oils is one of the few oils that can be used directly on the skin without dilution, which makes it a very easy oil to use as an acne spot treatment. Simply apply one or two drops to the spot and gently rub into the skin. Do this once or twice a day until the spot is healed.
2. Lavendar oil as a cleanser
You can make your own powerful healing natural acne treatment cleanser by adding lavender oil to a carrier oil like jojoba oil. Just add 4 drops of lavender oil to every 10ml of jojoba oil. So if you purchase the 100ml bottle of jojoba oil from the High on Health store, simply add in 40 drops of lavender oil. It smells great AND it's very effective at healing acne.
